Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. For security reasons, all shipments require a physical address with a signature on delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our team immediately. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect shipments.

What if I am not available to sign?
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the package is held at a secure depot for 5 business days. If uncollected, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Is my watch insured during transit?
Yes. All shipments are insured for the full purchase value through our specialist fine goods logistics partner.
