Every timepiece listed on our platform is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorised dealer. Each piece is inspected by our in-house master watchmakers before dispatch, and arrives sealed in its original box with all factory protective films intact.
Your order ships with the complete factory package: the original box, an official warranty card stamped by the manufacturer, a certificate of authenticity, the user manual in multiple languages, and any complication-specific tools (e.g. GMT bezel key, rotor screwdriver). High-complication references additionally include a serialised technical brochure.
Every watch carries a unique reference and serial number engraved between the lugs or on the case back. You may cross-check this serial with the manufacturer's official registry, or register the watch yourself through the brand's customer portal using the warranty card. Our team is happy to walk you through the verification process on request.
Our primary inventory is unworn, current-production references. We occasionally list certified pre-owned and vintage timepieces from our archive; these are clearly labelled, independently authenticated, and accompanied by a full service history where available.
In-stock references are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Pieces requiring bespoke sizing, engraving, or strap configuration typically ship within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation with live tracking the moment your watch leaves our vault.
Yes — we ship to over 60 countries via Brink's, Malca-Amit, and FedEx Priority. All international shipments are fully insured door-to-door. Customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction; these are calculated at checkout where possible or billed separately by the carrier.
Every shipment — domestic or international — is insured to the full retail value of the timepiece from the moment it leaves our premises until it is signed for at your door. In the rare event of transit loss or damage, you are covered end-to-end.
Absolutely. Every parcel requires an adult signature upon receipt. Packages are never left unattended. For orders above a certain threshold, we arrange scheduled hand-delivery with an appointment window to ensure the timepiece reaches you securely.

All new timepieces carry the full manufacturer international warranty — typically 2 years for mechanical movements, with select references from Rolex, Omega, and Patek Philippe extending to 5 or 8 years. The exact duration is printed on your warranty card and on the product page.
